Each year, the St. Louis community comes together for the Champions of Hope Gala—uniting behind a shared purpose: advancing the mission of the American Cancer Society and making a lasting impact in the fight against cancer. Through the leadership of the CEOs Against Cancer – St. Louis Chapter and the unwavering support of this community, we continue to turn hope into action.

This year’s theme, Mission Possible, is a powerful reminder that even in the face of a disease that has touched so many, progress is real—and together, we are defying the odds. What once felt impossible becomes achievable when a community rallies with passion, purpose, and commitment.

In 2026, we invite you to join us on Saturday, November 7 at The Factory for the 11th Annual Champions of Hope Gala. Your support—as a donor, sponsor, or advocate—makes this mission possible. It fuels groundbreaking research, provides critical patient support, and drives lifesaving initiatives that help the American Cancer Society end cancer as we know it, for everyone.

Together, we are making progress happen—and the mission possible!

Champions of Hope Gala St. Louis

As the only organization combating cancer through advocacy, patient support, and research the American Cancer Society has made significant contributions to the fight against cancer over the last 110 years. We advocate for lifesaving policy changes, promote healthy lifestyles to help prevent cancer, and provide information, answers, and support to people in every community who have been touched by cancer.

Yet, there is still work to be done – which is why we invite you to join us on November 7, 2026! The American Cancer Society continues to work tirelessly to fund advocacy, patient support services, and research to provide support for all types of cancer. And thanks to your generous support, we work to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer.
