Event  Update

Due to COVID 19, the 5ht Champions of Hope Gala is pivoting to a virtual event- Champions of Hope @ Home- "Doorway to Hope."


The Champions of Hope @ Home is lead by some of the most distinguished leaders in the St. Louis area; our CEOs Against Cancer of Missouri - St. Louis Chapter Members.  The 2020 event chairs are Bob Clark, Chairman and Founder of Clayco, and his wife Dr. Jane Clark.  Clayco is the presenting sponsor.

6:30 pm    Pre-Show

7:00 pm    Event Program which includes a mix of live in-studio, live in the new Hope Lodge,

                 pre-recorded video and virtual guests and entertainment

7:45pm     Event Concludes

Event History

Since 2016, the annual Champions of Hope Gala has raised more than $5.2 million to support the American Cancer Society’s mission.

Thanks to the St. Louis community, the Champions of Hope Gala has grown into one of the most successful American Cancer Society galas in the country. Past event chairs included Warner and Cindy Baxter, Dave and Thelma Steward, Michael and Noemi Neidorff, and Peter Blumeyer.  Previous entertainment included Amy Robach, ABC News Good Morning America, Patrice Rushen, Grammy-nominated jazz artist,  Scott Hamilton, Olympic figure skater, and Sterling K. Brown, NBC's THIS IS US.
