SILENT AUCTION

The mobile bidding link to the silent auction will be promoted on the gala’s social media platforms and sent out to all participants the week of the event.

Silent Auction donations will be promoted the night of the event via mobile bidding that will include a description of the item, the donor’s name, and a photo of the item
LIVE AUCTION:

All live auction benefits will recognize the donor’s name

Live auction donations will be feature in the event invitation (if received by October 1)

Social media post promotion the live auction packages one month before the event

Email to all attendees promoting the event’s live auction

A description of live auction package will appear in the event program

A poster will be created specifically for each live auction item to be displayed during cocktail hour

The ACS will create a sizzle reel highlighting each live auction donation

Live auction item will also be featured on projection screens and described by the auctioneer during the live auction segment of the program.
