Contributing an auction item to the 2022 Champions of Hope Gala is a unique opportunity for a corporation or an individual to make a commitment to the health and well-being of our community.

SILENT AUCTION

• The mobile bidding link to the silent auction will be promoted on the gala’s social media platforms and sent out to all participants the week of the event.

• Silent Auction donations will be promoted the night of the event via mobile bidding that will include a description of the item, the donor’s name, and a photo of the item

 

LIVE AUCTION:

• All live auction benefits will recognize the donor’s name

• Live auction donations will be feature in the event invitation (if received by October 1)

• Social media post promotion the live auction packages one month before the event

• Email to all attendees promoting the event’s live auction

• A description of live auction package will appear in the event program

• A poster will be created specifically for each live auction item to be displayed during cocktail hour

• The ACS will create a sizzle reel highlighting each live auction donation

• Live auction item will also be featured on projection screens and described by the auctioneer during the live auction segment of the program.
